Terms of service
2026-10-02
This document is not ready to publish: the operator, contact address or governing law has not been configured on this server.
1. What this service does
[operator not configured] ("we") operates a service that reads administrative documents you give it — by connecting a mailbox, forwarding a message, uploading a PDF or typing one in — extracts dates such as return windows, warranty expiry, trial conversions and bill due dates, and reminds you before those dates.
The service prepares text for you to send yourself. It never contacts a merchant, cancels a subscription or submits a claim on your behalf.
2. What it does not promise
Dates are read from your documents by an automated system and checked arithmetically. They can still be wrong — a merchant may state a policy we misread, or change it after the fact. The quoted source text is shown next to every date so you can check it. You remain responsible for the actual deadline.
Reminders depend on services outside our control (email providers, messaging platforms). We do not guarantee that a reminder will arrive, or arrive on time. Do not rely on this service as the only record of a deadline that matters to you.
Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice.
3. Your account
Sign-up is by invitation. You sign in with a link sent to your email address; there is no password. Anyone with access to that mailbox can access your account, so keep it secure.
You must be able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, and you may only submit documents that are yours or that you are allowed to process.
4. Paid plans
A free plan is available with a limit on how many documents are read automatically every 30 days. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from your settings. Cancellation stops future charges; the period already paid for is not refunded, and access continues until it ends. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately, also without a refund of the current period.
Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects a period you have not yet paid for.
5. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account yourself at any time from settings. That removes your entries, deadlines, reminders and drafts.
We may suspend or end an account that is being used to process documents that are not the account holder's, to attack the service, or in breach of these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for a missed deadline, a refused return or an expired warranty.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction not configured], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
