Deadlines from your receipts, before they pass
Returns, warranties, trial conversions and bills all arrive as email and then disappear into it. This reads them, works out the dates, and tells you while you can still do something about it.
Four ways in
Connect Gmail, forward a message to your own address, type an entry in yourself, or upload a PDF (up to 10 MB). Everything goes through the same checks.
Dates that are checked, not guessed
A model reads the fields; the program then verifies them — the quoted evidence has to come from the original text and the arithmetic has to add up. Anything that only passed as an estimate is labelled as one, and never triggers a reminder on its own.
Reminders on your terms
Pick how many days before each kind of deadline, set quiet hours and a daily cap. Notifications carry a summary only — the contents stay behind your login.
Drafts, never sent for you
When a return or cancellation is due, you get a ready-to-copy message. The system never contacts a merchant on your behalf.

How your data is handled
- Mailbox access is read-only. Nothing is ever sent, edited or deleted on your behalf.
- Forwarded mail and the text of uploaded PDFs are kept encrypted with each entry, so you can check what was read; they are deleted together with the entry. The PDF file itself is not stored.
- Export everything as JSON at any time, and delete your account yourself when you want to leave.
- Runs on our own server, with each account isolated at the database level.

Sign-up is by invitation while the service is new. If you already have an account, sign in with a link sent to your email — there is no password to lose.
